Gary Glisan, Founder
STS was founded by Gary Glisan who served as a Marine Aviator during the Vietnam conflict and later as Colonel Glisan, the Commander and Director of the United States Air Force Forensic Drug Testing Laboratory. Before founding STS, Gary started and sold two successful Drug and Alcohol Testing companies in addition to being a founder of the Substance Abuse Program Administrator's Association (SAPAA) where he served as Director and President for two consecutive terms.

Amy has been in the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry since 2004. Amy is the Business and Training Director for the DOT and Workplace business segment of Lifeloc Technologies. She assumed leadership for STS after its purchase by Lifeloc in 2014. Amy is a Subject Matter Expert on Department of Transportation substance abuse regulations, 49 CFR Part 40. Amy has created online drug and alcohol courses including Breath Alcohol Technician Training, Reasonable Suspicion and DOT Urine Collectors Course. She is the author of Online Training in the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry and an expert on Learning Management Systems. Amy is a long standing member of the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Substance Abuse Program Administrator’s Association (SAPAA) where she is the co-chairperson of the SAPAA Training Subcommittee. She holds a BA and an MBA.

Mac Allen is a co-founder of Superior Training Solutions and a 20 year veteran of the substance abuse testing and training industry. Mac began his career with National Safety Alliance writing and producing Supervisor Training Programs and Employee Education courses. His past certifications include Certified Substance Abuse Program Administrator (C-SAPA), Breath Alcohol Technician and BAT Trainer-Trainer, Saliva Testing Technician and STT Trainer-Trainer. Mac is a Subject Matter Expert on Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Regulations, including 49 CFR Part 40 and the CFRs put forth by the DOT Operating Administrations and the United States Coast Guard. He is also expert on Driver Qualification Regulations as they pertain to Commercial Motor Carriers and Commercial Drivers Licenses (CDLs). Mr. Allen was a founder and the first Executive Director of the Substance Abuse Program Administrator’s Association (SAPAA). He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Miami with an emphasis on video, audio, and production.

Chelsea Johnson, the Workplace Business Development Representative for Lifeloc Technologies, has been a knowledgeable professional in DOT compliance and training since August 2010. Chelsea is a Certified Lifeloc Master Factory Trainer who handles the certification of Breath Alcohol Technicians, Provisional Instructors and Master Trainers. She has a close working relationship with each of Lifeloc’s Master Trainers & Distributors and helps to maintain customer accounts. Chelsea has been administering online courses, web training and LMS systems for the past 5 years. In addition, she manages many of the STS resellers and LMS subscribers and handles any questions or course concerns for STS customers. Chelsea is a member of SAPAA and DATIA; she is very active in the substance abuse industry both DOT and privately mandated.
